Coupling monitoring

Complete monitoring of material flow. From silo to processing machine.

  • 24VDC – monitoring system without coding
  • RFID – radio chip monitoring with electronically coded couplings
  • DRx Control and monitoring system of automatic coupling stations

If the nominal and actual material source does not match, a fault message is issued and the conveyor is blocked before incorrect material can be sucked in.
The visualization is done on a touch screen can be monitored via web browser and stores all coupling events in a logbook.
The coupling to the silo control is via Ethernet. Thus, a distinction is made not only according to the material source, but also by the material type.
