The devices of the WD series are used for coloring on the injection molding machine or extruders.
These are simple, inexpensive and highly accurate volumetric dosing devices, which add dosage per shot of the injection molding machine into the free material flow of the main component.

The devices are suitable for normal and micro injection molding, as well as for the extruder and can be integrated into the control systems of the model-based material handling.

 System Variations & Dosage Options

The innovative drum dosing system WD makes it possible to dose both – granules and powder.

WD1: Cyclic dosing system (metering on main flow of material)
WD2: Simultaneous dosing system (simultaneous single dosing of the components)
WD 1 or WD2 on other devices

DESCRIPTION

The unique drum dosing concept has been developed especially for the microdosing of free-flowing materials. The special geometry of the exchangeable dosing drums as well as the adjustment of the speed of rotation makes it possible to precisely dose the smallest dosage amounts <0.01g * 1.

Due to the high precision and repeatability, the drum dosing system is excellently suitable for shot-based dosing in micro injection molding / injection molding as well as for continuous dosing into extrusion lines.

The use of different drum geometries results in a large dosing range of approx. <20 g / h to> 30 kg / h * 1.

Calibrating and cleaning is carried out in a very short time thanks to the sophisticated design.
